Amenities

Blanco Vista will change your deifnition of "amenities" to include features that make a real difference in your life. With the improved roads you won't have to negotiate dangerous low water corssings, and the new four lane overpass will move you and your childeren safely and quickly over a railroad track and onto the nearby highway.

Blanco Vista residents can also take advantage of Five mile Dam Park, The park that runs along the Blanco River adjacent to Blanco Vista. Currently undergoing upgrades, the park will soon feature boat docks, improved parking, and state-of-the-art soccer and baseball fields.

Carma has donated land for the planned Blanco Vista Elementary School so that your children can walk to school within the safety of their own neighborhood. We've also set aside land for a firestation within the community. All of this effort hlps ensure that you and your family are as safe and secure as possible. We'll keep you informed on the progress of these projects as we move forward.

Of course, Blanco Vista also features traditional neighborhood amenities, but they too are a step above what you might expect.
